The Sacred Heart of Jesus’ Messages to Margaret Mary Alacoque
Jesus revealed his Sacred Heart devotion to Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque in several mystical visions between 1673 and 1675.
Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque was a French nun of the Order of the Visitation of Our Lady. Jesus appeared to her four times in Paral-le-Monial, France, revealing his love for humankind through His Sacred Heart. The Catholic Church celebrates her optional memorial on October 16.
