Mental Health Awareness Mass and Resource Fair in San Diego

As we celebrate this Jubilee year, the San Diego Diocese Office for Family Life and Spirituality invites everyone to the 2025 Diocesan Mass for Mental Health Awareness. Being pilgrims of hope calls us to be present to our brothers and sisters who are affected by mental illness. This mass offers the opportunity to prayerfully accompany the mental health community while learning more about mental health conditions and locally available resources.

Join us for this special event at Holy Spirit Parish during the Vietnamese (9am), English (10:30am) or Spanish (noon) Masses.

Additionally, there will be a Mental Health Resource Fair from 7:30am until 2pm. San Diego County will be providing several resources for our faith community, including the Live Well On Wheel Bus (live WoW).
