
Thank you for your interest in participating in this soccer tournament sponsored by the Diocese of San Diego! Just a few things to consider before you complete the form:

All team members must be between 18-39 years of age (ID’s will be checked at the gate with roster).

Teams must be co-ed: each team must have a minimum of 4 females/4 males.

Only ONE team per parish will be accepted.

While only 7 players are mandatory, you are strongly encouraged to fill all 14 team spots.

In order to successfully submit this form, please have these details ready in advance for each team player: first and last name, age, birthdate, sex, phone number, emergency contact name, emergency contact phone number.

If there are changes to the team, please send an updated roster to Brilema Perez (bperez@sdcatholic.org) by July 16.

Each game will be 30 minutes long with 7 vs. 7 (including the goalie).

Only 16 teams will be allowed to register and priority will be given on a first come first serve basis.

No additional teams will be added on the day of the tournament.

Registration Deadline: Friday, July 11th, 2025, or when the 16th team registers.

The team captain will receive the schedule and rules within a week of registration.
