Prayer Vigil Location: The public right-of-way (the sidewalk ) near Planned Parenthood on W. Mission Ave. in Escondido, CA. We gather in prayer on the public sidewalk across from the Wells Fargo ATM.
Parking. Please don’t park in the shopping center where Planned Parenthood is located. Please park across the street by COLFS or along the fence line next to Grace Church located at 725 N. Escondido Blvd, Escondido CA 92025.
Prayer Sign-up. Please sign up for vigil hours on our website. Leaders will be checking the website frequently in case we need to notify you about prayer needs or cautions.
Stay on Sidewalk and not on PP property or street. It is very important to abide by the law and stay on the sidewalk. We are to keep the public right of way (the sidewalk) open for people to pass by freely. Do not stand on Planned Parenthood property or any other private property.
Peaceful Prayer Vigil. Please sign the Statement of Peace. Use positive, non-provocative signs and language. We do not engage in arguments, only prayer and gentle outreach.
Armor up. Pray up. Get ready BEFORE going there. A soldier does not go on the battlefield without his weapon and armor. Christians should not go into spiritual warfare without putting on the WHOLE Armor of God.
Familiarize yourself with Pregnancy Resource Centers (PRCs). Be familiar with local PRCs so you can offer help, including free ultrasounds or abortion pill reversal information. See our PRC reference guide.
