A bishop in the Ivory Coast condemned the practice of priests living with women and sometimes fathering children. The bishop has been the head of the diocese since 2008, so why did it take him fifteen years to recognize these problems? Better late than never, of course, but what will the diocese do now about the priests who are still living with concubines?
