Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque was a French nun of the Order of the Visitation of Our Lady. Jesus appeared to her four times in Paray-le-Monial, France, revealing his love for humankind through His Sacred Heart. The Catholic Church celebrates her optional memorial on October 16.
