Listeners of St. John Paul II Catholic Radio, KCJP, 95.7 FM, were able to connect live with the Setting Things Right radio show transmitting out of the San Diego Diocese. The popular show, which covers current social issues facing the Church, is hosted by the staff of the Office of Social Ministry, Kent Peters, Linda Arreola and Deacon Jim Walsh. Today, they welcomed Imperial Valley listeners and spoke about the potential impact of Catholic radio in the Valley.
Ramona Lopez of Imperial, California made history by being the first listener to call in to a live show from within the Saint John Paul II Catholic Radio (JP2 Radio) listening area. As a result, Ramona and one other caller will be given the DVD set “Mary of Nazareth”
