The annual Faith and Science Conference is designed for middle school and high school teachers and catechists to explore the intersectionality of modern science and our Catholic faith. In the morning, participants will hear from Dr. Chris Baglow, the Academic Director of the Science & Religion Initiative at the University of Notre Dame. He will explore the Catholic Doctrine of Creation to help Catholics better understand our belief in divine creation in light of evolutionary theory and advances in biology. In the afternoon, participants will participate in a workshop from the Sophia Institute for Teachers on Miracles of the Saints to understand the omnipotence of God and the supernatural graces He provides.
Lunch will ONLY be provided for registered participants. Please register by July 31st. Late registrations will need to provide own lunch.
